They have a wide selection of hand roll options to choose from, each one as fresh and delicious as the next. While they are known for hand rolls, Douska has delicious crudo options which are great for sharing.

They also have a variety of crispy rice options as well as traditional nigiri and sushi rolls. Don't sleep on their Tamaki platter which allows you to try your hand at making your own hand rolls. Douska's casual, cozy atmosphere makes it easy to visit multiple times a week.

Created from the mind of Japanese Chef Koji Kagawa, Douska is a neighborhood favorite originally focusing on hand rolls but also offers a selection of crudos, traditional sushi rolls and crispy rice. Kanpai with a variety of Japanese sake or beer along with your rolls. Service is quick and efficient with hand rolls delivered to you by the sushi chefs. Reasonable omakase spot as well. Located on the lower east side on the corner of Delancey and Allen, a perfect casual first stop on your night out any day of the week.
